Can I specify specific denominations?

Yes. When placing an order, you are able to specify whether you would like to receive small, large or a mix of denominations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your preferred denominations, we will contact you to discuss your options. If you are coming in to a branch location, simply let our customer service representatives know your preferences. 

What is the minimum and maximum amount of money I can exchange?

There is no minimum and maximum order limit.

How long does it take to process my order?

It takes up to 3 business days to process your order if the order is made before 3pm (AEST). Please allow an extra business day for processing if the order is made after 3pm (AEST).

Are there restrictions on the amount of currency I can bring into a country?

Some countries impose restrictions on the import/export of local and foreign currencies. You should seek advice from an official government website for the country you may be visiting before placing your order.

What happens if the currency I request is unavailable?

Our online ordering system is synced with our central inventory system so WeXchange will always guarantee your order will be fulfilled on the selected pickup date.
